CROWN ESTATE

CROWN ESTATE
Together with our partners we are working to improve the public spaces, accessibility, air quality and biodiversity of the west end. We are bringing more plants into the city, working towards reducing pollution and delivering a wide-ranging cultural programme. Our aim is to bring about real change when it comes to sustainability, making the west end a greener, healthier and more sustainable place for everyone who visits the city and for generations to come.

WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL

WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL
is the local authority for the City of Westminster in Greater London, England. It is a London borough council and is entitled to be known as a city council, which is a rare distinction in the United Kingdom. The city is divided into 20 wards, each electing three councillors. The council is currently composed of 41 Conservative Party members and 19 Labour Party members.[1] The council was created by the London Government Act 1963 and replaced three local authorities: Paddington Metropolitan Borough Council, St Marylebone Metropolitan Borough Council and Westminster Borough Council.

COMMUNITY FUND

COMMUNITY FUND
The National lottery funding has made it possible for us to carry out a long awaited project, supporting communities through the COVID-19 pandemic, which is allowing us to make a difference during this time of uncertainty. Art based project engages with local homeless NEETS and help them develop soft and tangible skills as a route to employment. The project will develop a support network with other local Westminster groups and charities to assist the beneficiaries. We will run a series of development workshops and connect with local employers to find them work placements.

BLEMHEIM CONSTRUCTION

WHAT WE DO
We consider ourselves among the best in our field for commercial and mixed-use new build and refurbishment projects, but we really stand apart when it comes to projects with added complexities. We have extensive experience with listed building works, complex ground conditions, retained façades, restricted city centre locations, deep excavations and many other challenges that make a project less ordinary, more extraordinary. We bring to the project our wealth of experience and skilled personnel that the client can rely on to bring their project to a successful conclusion.
With our experience we are able to develop effective, efficient and economical solutions to complex problems.
