Art Alive run a mentoring programme for inmates and ex-inmates. The programme supports inmates in prison and continues throughout the probation and rehabilitation process.

Art Alive’s group of mentors cover every aspect of an inmate and ex-inmate’s progress from life inside to life outside. The mentors visit families, get involved in day-to-day activities, monitor progress and ensure their clients reach their full potential.

This programme complements the trust’s core activity of creative development provided at our arts studio and delivered through outreach work in schools and prisons.
